Jailbreaking on iOS 13
On iOS 13, you can jailbreak using a tool called checkra1n. If you have an iPhone X or older, an iPad from before 2019, or any iPod touch, you’re in luck!

You’ll need a computer running macOS. Windows support is coming soon!
- Go to the checkra1n website on your computer and download the latest version.
- Open checkra1n on your computer and plug your iOS device into the computer.
- Click Start.
- Follow the instructions on-screen to put your device into DFU mode.
- Once your iOS device reboots, open the checkra1n app on it.
- Choose Cydia and install it.
Once this completes, you have successfully jailbroken your device. You now have Cydia, which is where you can download jailbreak content such as ShortLook.
Jailbreaking on iOS 11 and 12
On iOS 11 and 12 (except for iOS 12.3), you can jailbreak using a tool called unc0ver.

Unsupported OS version
We don’t have jailbreak instructions for your iOS version yet, but you might be able to find some by searching the web.
Old iOS version
You’re running an older version of iOS, so we don’t have instructions for it. You should be able to find many jailbreak tutorials by searching the web.
